Guest Policies

The Club expects the attire of its guests to be in regulation with the accepted standards prevalent among the established Members of the Club. 

Below are guidelines that are intended to assist Members and Guests in meeting proper expectations of the Club, in each designated area

On The Green

  • Golf shirts must have collars and remain tucked in at all times
  • Khakis or Bermuda shorts are permitted on the course
  • Gentleman must wear hats with the bill facing forward, at all times

The following items are not permitted anytime: tank tops, halter tops, tennis shorts, mini shorts, cut-off trousers, bathing suits, bare feet, metal spikes, and denim pants.

In The Clubhouse

The following policies pertains solely to the clubhouse and club events:

  • Denim must be in "good repair" exemplifying the standards of Del Paso Country Club
  • All shirts including polo-style golf shirts, as well as, dress and casual shirt with tails, must be tucked in (men). 
  • Hawaiian or Designer shirts designed to worn outside of trousers (square bottom shirts) may be worn as designed in the clubhouse.
  • Collared shirts are required at all times for men
  • While hats are allowed for men, they shall not wear hats, caps or visors while seated in the clubhouse or dining areas
  • The following are not permitted at anytime: Tennis, short shorts or cut off trousers, bathing suits, bare feet, sport jerseys, tee shirts, halter tops and tube tops. Any denim exhibiting holes, rips, tears, tatters or frays; including hand written messages, pictures or inappropriate messages.


Cell Phone Policy

On the Green: Cell phone usage is highly discouraged on the golf course. Cell phones are expected to be kept on silent ring. Cell phones shall only be used in urgent or emergent situations. Cell phone use shall not delay or interfere with the pace of play. All members of a foursome must consent prior to the commencement of the round, that members of the foursome may use their cell phones in urgent circumstances. The use of cell phones in the practice areas in strictly prohibited. Please respect the Members of the Club by following this policy.

In the Clubhouse: Cellular phone usage is limited to locker rooms, restrooms and parking lot. Non-verbal use of smartphone is permitted with discretion and good judgment in all areas of the club.
